We will refund a customer in full for products purchased and returned within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer.
The delivery costs and/or associated fees (courier insurance mandatory) of the return of a product will be the liability of the customer returning the product.
Any product returned in this instance must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way.
Any refund processed in this instance WILL NOT include delivery costs and/or associated fees. You will only be refunded for the purchased-price of the products.
We require that a customer requests a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM by emailing us at durbanpaper@gmail.com.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Durbanpaperrolls.co.za can be returned to Durbanpaperrolls.co.za. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
